International customers returning service product to our USA factory service center and those using your own shipping accounts, please follow the instructions below:

Using a carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS), return ZIPLEVEL to:

Customers outside the USA must specify "USA Product Returned for Repair" and include the harmonized tariff code (HTC) 9015.80.8040 to avoid unnecessary customs duties and taxes.

When your ZIPLEVEL arrives we will contact you with an estimate of repairs and typically complete your service within 1 to 2 business days. We return all product by free UPS Ground within the USA and Canada. We offer discounted UPS Express return service at your request. Small overseas shipments are returned by UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Large overseas shipments are returned by UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Our minimum service charge for non-warranty returns is $55, which includes cleaning, repackaging and return shipping by UPS Ground. Units arriving by Express shipment receive priority service.
